Minutes of The Village Hall Management Committee held on Tuesday 15th May 2012 in the Village Hall after the AGM

1. Apologies were received from:

Carol Cook, Dorothy Johnson, John Atkins, Jan Cole, Glenys Elgie, David Rossiter, Kate Gibbon.

1. The minutes of the meeting held on 24^th April 2012.

(i) The minutes were amended to clarify that Carol Cook was not present at the meeting. The minutes of the meeting were then accepted.

(ii) Matters arising from the minutes.

It was confirmed that the Brownies will be using the Village Hall at the weekend of 25^th May. The Building Officer will need to have visited to ensure that the Building and Fire Regulations have been met.

The Plant Sale made in excess of £900.

1. Election of Officers. The election of the same officers, which took place at the AGM, was confirmed.

1. Any Other Business. Terry Andrews requested volunteers to help in cleaning and decorating the Village Hall for this week and next week.
