3. Minutes of the previous meeting held on 15th February 2011
Acceptance of the minutes was proposed by Sue Lawton and seconded by Jennifer Swales. The minutes were signed by the chairman.
4. Election of Officers.
The election of the officers was confirmed.
Kate Gibbon was welcomed to the Management Committee as a newly elected member and Treasurer.
5.Any Other Business.
Update on Fundraising activities: The Games Evening raised £444. The next event will be the Garage and Attic Sale on 26th March 2011.
Mike Foster thanked everyone for their hard work in fundraising.
