2. PUBLIC OPEN FORUM
An opportunity for members of the public to comment on agenda items. The public and the press have a right to record, film or broadcast Parish Council Meeting. A copy of the Parish Council’s rules/guidance is available from the Clerk. When possible please advise the Clerk of any such recording in order that the Parish Council provides reasonable facilities to meet the needs of the person filming.

3. VILLAGE SHOP
To resolve Whorlton Parish Council's options and role within the future of a Village Shop for Swainby.
